Random thoughts about the weather and life. I may even vent every now and then. Since 2004!

Video Update...
I'm going to try something new tonight! James Spann is the king of online weather videos, but I'm going to give it a try every now and then too. Here's a video update on my thoughts about the storm coming in this weekend....
Have a great night! Ryan

Thanks a bunch for the update, Ryan! Nice job of explaining all of the technical aspects too. On another blog/bulletin board, I had been seeing some posts from chasers who are going nuts over the 2000+ CAPE in west-central Oklahoma, but I didn't know really what that meant -- until now! I guess we'll just have to wait and see how our daytime heating and dewpoints shape up here in our area. And HOPEFULLY there are no tornado warnings in Region-8 until the Razorbacks vs. Vols game is over!

Nice! However, I think flour would be best used to describe the instability! Get it?
