Bummer! I'm becoming more convinced that we are not going to get a good view of the lunar eclipse Saturday night. If you believe the NAM model, clouds will be overhead. The eclipse is suppose to be ongoing when the sun goes down and the moon comes up on the Eastern horizon. If you look at the above image, you'll see what I mean. The white/grey areas indicate clouds right around the sunset/moonrise. Hopefully the forecast changes. Remember, the time period goes from right to left. For more on the eclipse, you can click here.
