We have a little disturbance that will move through today. It may be just enough to spark off some storms in the heat-of-the-afternoon. My gut feeling says that some folks will get some much needed rain. Otherwise, I plan on increasing the rain chances on Friday, when a front tries to nudge in from the NW... Stay tuned.

You of course already know these things, but for your other readers who aren't addicted to the Storm Prediction Center's Convective Outlooks (as I am!), they have us highlighted in their day-4 outlook. http://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/exper/day4-8/
They highlight a pretty big swath of the country, and I guess tomorrow they will probably have narrowed the area down more, BUT, I say:

Looks like some severe weather to our north Thursday night into Friday. Hopefully we will get a couple thundershowers out of it.
Hey Ryan, just wanted to know if your gut says I will get a inch of rain at my house Friday. ;-)
Ahhh... no video update yet. I'm still not convinced that it will be that big of a deal.
