This may come back to bite me, but so far these storms have not been that bad in Region 8. I just talked with the Fulton County Sheriff's department and they said the storms that just moved through only produced heavy rain. No damage. No hail. No Severe Winds.

I could see the long, low cloud base when it was over northern Izard and Fulton Co. when I was out spotting a while ago. A few times it looked like it might organize into something a little more serious (like a wall cloud) but that would only last 5-10 seconds and then it would even out again. We did not have high winds right here either, but the power did go out for a few seconds one time. Heavy rain, though!
