Another Strong Aftershock

Wow, another aftershock at 10:15 AM. Once again, it caused some shaking here in Region 8. You can click the heliocorder links in the previous post to see for yourself. Also, look at our sister stations website www.14wfie.com They were LIVE on the air doing a weathercast when it hit. You can see the video on their site.

Ryan, me a buddy of mine was talking last week, and I asked him if he thought all this water we have on the ground could put stress on the fault zones enough to cause a earthquake. I really don't see why it couldn't. When I found out this morning Illinois had one I called him, and he already knew what I was gonna say.lol What do you think ?

I'd have to see some solid evidence to make a flooding connection. In theory, it sounds possible, but I'ld have to see some research.

I missed the aftershock (we were in the car, so probably didn't notice it). But I was awake at 4:30 this morning, here in Marmaduke, and my bed started shaking. Then the lamp on the nightstand. It was pretty freaky!
