Do you folks remember Region 8 News reporter, Will Carter? He use to go out in the Wood Ford StormTRACKER and chase storms in Region 8, so we knew he had a passion for weather. Well, now he is doing the weather in Springfield's KSPR! I always knew he wanted to do the weather, so I'm glad he's in front of the maps these days.Ryan
