Many of you remember my friend and his wife that were involved in an accident several days ago in Jackson, MS.... Well, the crackhead driver was finally arrested, but NOT because of their accident! You can read more on that here.... The city of Jackson is a joke!
As far as Eric and Christine... They are slowly coming along. She is still at the Rehab Center and will likely not come home for a couple of weeks. Eric is at home, but is still banged up pretty bad. He told me tonight that he is STILL picking glass out of his skin. I can't believe what all they are going through.
Please continue to keep them in your prayers. They have a long road ahead of them... medically, financially, and emotionally. They sound strong though!

That is one common trait about folks such as the one who caused your friends' painful accident. It is not as though they hit and run and then turn over a new leaf on their behavior. But they often get caught on those next offense(s).
I will continue to pray for your friends' recovery. Although it is a difficult time for them, I know their family is so thankful that they survived. They seem like good folks and hopefully they have some real friends and a family who love them and will help them through these struggles. Love, Mom
