Water Bills & Dog Poop

First off, I have only had about 0.25" of rain in the past couple of weeks. I know that it's rough on farmers, but I can empathize on a much smaller level. My sprinkler has been getting a work-out. Although this does make for a higher water bill, I think it is worth it! As some of you know, I like green grass. If it costs an extra $20 a month, then I will pay it. However, I would still love to see some free water (rain) soon!

Now to the dog poop... While this sprinkler was going in my front yard, I was mowing the back yard. While mowing, I found a pile of dog poop. I did not step in it, but it did catch my eye. Here's the weird part... I don't have a dog AND my backyard is completely fenced! How did it get there? Did a dog sneak into my yard? Did one of my neighbors throw it over the fence? Was it a large cat or raccoon???

That will be my next survey! How did the poop get there? Vote on the right side of the page...

Have a great day!
Ryan

Ryan, it was my dog! I sent her over to Arkansas to poop on your yard because I'm tired of seeing your beautiful GREEN grass on this blog. My backyard looks like the Sahara right now.

Sincerely Jealous,

Ryan... uh ... I cannot submit a vote on the new survey unless you can, at the very least, provide some photographic evidence of what we're dealing with. You see, raccoon, um, scat differs greatly from cat or dog poo. Thus, in order to contribute an authentic portrayal of my personal views on such consequential matters, I would like an opportunity to inspect the evidence a bit more meticulously -- and I'm sure I speak for others in this request -- if it's not too much to ask.

Oh no!!! No pictures were taken of the poop. I'm not that sick! :)

I shoveled it out to the corner of the lot.

...But, but... in the spirit of SCIENCE ..., Ryan! ... oh alright ... probably just some big cat or a passive-aggressive human. At least you don't have armadillos! :-D

First things first, Do you NEIGHBORS have a dog? If not that throws that possibility over the fence, If so, I'd ask them about it and say something nice like about not doing it anymore.

It's probaly the same dog that goes in our front yard. Maybe he/she can scale the fence. I know that poppy would love to catch the dog in our front yard(or maybe the owner) Sounds fishy to me about the back yard, someone must have a dog or one that was over for a visit.(it's pretty low however it got there) :( Somone may be jealous of your green yard. Don't take pictures
