How Much Snow?

Everyone wants to know how much snow we can expect on Thursday. Well, it may not be that much in Jonesboro. If you live in the Ozarks, you may see a better snowfall. We may stay in the rain too long in Jonesboro.

The above image is the latest run from our "in-house" computer model, MicroCAST. It is showing "less than" an inch for Jonesoboro, with 2-4" in our northern areas. MicroCAST is also showing an isolated area picking up over 5" of snow (white bullseye.)

Notice that this model run ends at 11:00 PM. We could still see a "little" more beyond that point.

As of right now, the northern areas have the best shot at seeing some snow. The forecast is likely to change, so stay tuned!

Good Morning Ryan,
This just ain't right here. LOL. I see where you are, you are under a Winter Storm Watch. Now what is wrong with this picture here? LOL. Your going to get Snow and we ain't. Hmmmm, how much did you pay for this forecast? LOL. We had some very fierce winds here in Caraways yesterday. Our electricity went out around 4:10p.m. and didn't com back on until 3:15a.m. this morning. It was a bit chilly in the house last night. Well, if you get some Snow, could you please load some up in the back of the Storm Tracker and bring us some here in Caraway? LOL. I so want some Snow. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Someone is gonna hit the jackpot with this one,"if you like snow". We "Pocahontas" is gonna be right on the line, but from here to about West Plains someone will get 8 inches or more.

I just got a bad feeling about alot of sleet here.:-(

I hope the snow forecast stays. At least enough for the kids to go outside and say "It snowed!" And Friday is the perfect day for our kids. They'll already be out for parent teacher conferences!

Here's hoping!
