Don't panic just yet, but a levee broke north of the state line in Missouri. A flood warning was issued for parts of Clay County as a precaution! Corning is not included in this warning, but Moark is included.We are in contact with Emergency Management and we will break into regular programming when and IF they feel it is necessary.
