If you watched the wx coverage on Friday, you saw that we called a "Tornado Emergency" for Earle, AR. I only call a "Tornado Emergency" when we are 100% sure that a tornado is going to hit a populated area. On February 5th, it was hard to do becuase it was dark. On April 2, 2006 we called one for Marmaduke and Caruthersville. On Friday, Brett Adair's dash cam clearly saw the tornado and you can hear my response to watching his live video feed. At the end of the clip, I included some screen captures of what we were seeing behind the scenes.

These chase cams have been very useful to mets. for warnings this year. If we could just keep the tornados from happening in unchasable terrain at night, we'd be even better off!
I was watching and listening to your feed last Friday. At one point I had windows up with KAIT, the NEXLAB warnings page, Brett Adair, and Dennis Sherrod's chase cams.
You and Sarah do a great job. I heard Sarah speak at the MSU Symposium about how you all plan and carry out your plan for these events.
