I'd like to introduce our newest meteorologist of the Region 8 StormTEAM. Justin Logan starts tomorrow and will be on-air Saturday evening. I'm really excited to have Justin on board. Just like myself, he studied meteorology at Western Kentucky University. All of our mutual friends and colleagues say that he is a great guy, dedicated meteorologist, and is passionate about the science of weather. In addition, he's a passionate Christian. One of the first questions he asked me about Jonesboro was where he could go to Church.For the past several months, he's been freelancing at WTVQ in Lexington, KY (above image). He comes to us with experience from a very competitive weather market and knows the challenges of intense weather coverage. I'm sure he's ready to track storms in the Wood Ford StormTRACKER!
To be honest.... he reminds me of myself when I first came to KAIT.

What a good first name for a meteorologist. You definitely made a good choice.
Not that I'm partial to meteorologists named Justin or anything...
I wrote him a welcome e-mail note. I love you guys at the station. It will be nice to see a new face. ya'll guys are great. Keep up the good work.
