As many of you have heard, a car bomb has seriously injured a doctor in Region 8. In West Memphis, Dr. Trent Pierce, checked under his hood after his car would not start. Opening the hood must have triggered the bomb. The full story can be found on our sister station's website www.wmctv.com
Dr. Pierce is from Monette, right here in our neck of the woods. I have spoken with some of his friends and collegues this afternoon. The story is very sad. My prayers go out to his family.
