Farmer's Almanac Rumors

OK people, quit freaking out about the Almanac rumors! I'm not saying that we will not see more ice, but stop listening to the rumors of the Almanac. I do not have a copy of the January forecast from the Farmer's Almanac, but the February Forecast is above and it is wrong so far and says NOTHING about an ice storm that will be worse at the end of the month. I have already heard four rumors about the "Second Ice Storm" that is suppose to be "worse than the first one" and it is simply NOT TRUE.

Once again, I'm not saying that we will go the rest of winter without ice. I'm saying that the Almanac does not say it. I'm also saying that even if it did, the Almanac is not too accurate.

SOOOOO, stop believing the rumors!!!!For the record, you can compare the February Farmer's Almanac to what "actually" happened by checking the above forecast to what really happened. CLICK HERE to get Jonesboro climate data for this month. It has a horrible record of being accurate.

For the record, our StormTEAM nailed the ice storm forecast days in advance. I won't take the credit though... I did not return from vacation until the day before it hit. Sarah and Justin had it in the forecast days before it hit though!

If anyone has a copy of the January Farmer's Almanac, I'd like to see it. Scan it for me!

Have a great day!
Ryan

That's not the "real" Farmer's Almanac, anyway.

I would not be to soon to judge. Although not always right, the almanc is usually pretty close. If you notice the forecast is for the southern region of the US, not just our little "bump in the road" area. For our sake I hope your right, please no more ice!!
