As some of you know, I'm a big fan of pumpkin carving! This is my first pumpkin of the year. I believe I will be carving 3-4 more before Halloween night. This year's list includes Elmo (Which I did last year...click here), Shrek, Lightning McQueen, and maybe Smokey (UT). I'll post pictures of those on Monday or Tuesday. Carving this pumpkin tonight made me miss our friends in Alabama. Not only are you a science nerd, but your'e a pumpkin carving nerd too! BTW, I thought it would be funny to see if you noticed the deletion. I should know better.
My goodness my boys have grown!!Was that only a year ago? My vote goes for a Lightnin McQueen pumpkin, I can't wait to see Jeff Gordon and Elmo in action. maybe you should try one of Jenn, the Princess in your house.

Just thinking back..I remember the Halloween before your first son was born and the photos of your Special Halloween Pumpkin with Jenn that year.
