Donna Blackburn-Vaughan, 1950-2007

This picture was taken on my dad and step mom's wedding day over 20 years ago. My step mom passed away last night following a tough battle with cancer. We thank all of you that have prayed for her and our family over the past 6 months.

I wish there was something we could say or do to "make things better" at times like this, but I guess sometimes that's not possible. That being the case, just know that we, along with so many others, will be thinking of your family during this difficult time & will keep you in our prayers.

Sincere thanks to everyone who had had Donna, Ryan, and the rest of our family in your thoughts and prayers.

I can promise you that each kind gesture helped make a positive difference in the past few months.

Cancer is bad, but people are good.
Especially Donna. The world is a better place because of her.

Donna, we love you.
We admire you.
We miss you.

And Ryan, you were our hero that Sunday afternoon. You're a great man, and I'm so thankful for you.
Love ya, Mean it!
